Objective
The task was to create a modern, user-friendly, and intuitive website for the real estate agency Orion Kyiv Realty, which specializes in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial real estate in Kyiv and the surrounding region. The goal of the project was to develop a catalog of current real estate listings with a fast search functionality, as well as to design a customized admin panel for realtors. The website needed to be bilingual (Ukrainian and Russian) with a responsive design to ensure convenient access from any device.
Development
The website development began with an analysis of the client's needs and the functional requirements for realtors, who needed the ability to quickly add and update property listings, as well as track the status of deals. A customized admin panel was created, allowing efficient management of the property catalog and filtering by various parameters (price, area, district, property type). For site visitors, a convenient search and filtering form was developed, enabling users to find suitable options in just a few clicks. Additionally, the website was adapted for various devices, ensuring a comfortable user experience on both mobile phones and computers. The website was implemented in two languages — Ukrainian and Russian — allowing it to reach a broader audience.
Outcome
As a result, a functional and user-friendly website was created for the real estate agency Orion Kyiv Realty that meets all the requirements of the modern real estate market. The site features clear navigation and allows users to quickly find relevant properties thanks to advanced filtering and search capabilities. The responsive design ensures seamless use of the website on both mobile devices and computers. The customized admin panel enables realtors to quickly add new listings, update existing information, and efficiently track the status of transactions. The website was implemented in two languages, allowing it to serve a wide range of clients.
